Condition & grading

Items are sold with clear condition grading. Cosmetic condition refers to appearance only and does not affect functionality unless stated. Any known faults are disclosed in the product description.

For Parts / Non-Working items

Items listed as For Parts / Non-Working are sold strictly for repair, salvage, or parts. These items are not fully functional and are not covered by warranty or standard returns, unless significantly not as described.

Orders & payment

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Payment must be received in full before dispatch.
  • We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders in cases of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

Shipping & delivery

Dispatch times and delivery information are outlined on our Shipping & Dispatch page. Buyers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at checkout.

Returns & warranty

Returns and warranty are subject to the terms outlined on our Returns & Refunds and Warranty pages. Items must be returned in original condition and must be the same device originally supplied.

Accounts, locks & security

  • Returned devices must have all user accounts, passwords, and security locks fully removed.
  • Devices returned with iCloud, Google, Samsung, or other account locks may not be eligible for refund.
  • Serial numbers and identifiers may be recorded for fraud prevention.

Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use any item. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Abuse & misuse

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or decline future transactions in cases of abuse, repeated unreasonable claims, or suspected fraudulent activity.
