30-Day Warranty (Working Items Only)

Our 30-day warranty applies to items sold as fully working (Grade A, B, or C unless stated otherwise). The warranty period starts from the date of delivery.

What the warranty covers

The warranty covers functional faults that were not disclosed in the product listing and occur under normal use during the warranty period.

• Unexpected functional faults not stated in the listing
• Hardware faults that prevent normal operation under normal use

What is not covered

• Accidental damage (drops, cracks, dents)
• Liquid or moisture damage
• Wear and tear, cosmetic issues, or expected battery degradation on used items
• Issues caused by software updates, resets, flashing firmware, rooting, or jailbreaking
• Faults caused by third-party apps or modifications
• Any third-party repairs or attempted repairs
• Damage caused by misuse, incorrect chargers, or improper handling

For Parts / Non-Working items

Items listed as For Parts / Non-Working are sold strictly for repair or salvage and are not covered by warranty.

• No warranty is provided
• Returns are not accepted unless the item is significantly not as described

How to make a warranty claim

1. Contact us with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
2. If possible, provide photos or a short video showing the fault.
3. We may suggest basic troubleshooting before arranging a return.
4. If a return is required, we will confirm the next steps.

Please do not attempt repairs or open the device before contacting us, as this may void warranty coverage.

Important notes

• Warranty returns must be the same device originally supplied (serial numbers may be recorded).
• Devices must not be linked to iCloud, Google, Samsung, or other accounts when returned.
• Items returned with security locks, missing parts, or signs of tampering may not be eligible for warranty support.
