Our Grading Process

Condition & Grading

How we grade devices

Grading is primarily about cosmetic condition. Any functional issue is always listed separately on the product page (e.g. battery drain, trackpad issue, SIM fault, screen marks). If you’re unsure, message us before buying — we’re happy to clarify.

🔍

Cosmetic grade ≠ performance

Grades describe visible wear (body/screen). Functional notes are always disclosed separately.

🧾

Clear fault disclosure

If a device has a known issue, it is clearly mentioned in the listing description.
