Dispatch time

In rare cases (for example due to emergencies or circumstances outside our control), dispatch may be delayed. If this happens, we will update you as soon as possible.

Delivery address responsibility

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot accept responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.

Missed deliveries & delivery attempts

If a delivery attempt is missed, please follow the courier’s instructions to rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot. If an order is returned to us due to missed delivery attempts or refusal, we may deduct original shipping costs from the refund.

Damaged parcels or issues in transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and keep all packaging. Photos of the outer box and contents help us resolve issues quickly with the courier.
