We aim to be clear, fair, and transparent with all returns. Please read the information below carefully before making a purchase.
14-Day Returns (Working Items Only)
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for items sold as fully working (Grade A, B, or C unless otherwise stated), provided the item is returned in the same condition as received.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
- Item must be returned with all included accessories (if applicable)
- Item must not show signs of misuse, damage, or tampering
- Returns must be authorised before sending the item back
Return condition requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be sent back in their original condition and must match the device originally supplied.
- The returned item must be the same device originally supplied (serial numbers may be recorded)
- Item must not have been opened, repaired, modified, or tampered with
- All user accounts, passwords, locks, and security features must be fully removed
- Device must not be linked to any iCloud, Google, Samsung, or other manufacturer accounts
- Item must be returned in the same cosmetic and functional condition as received
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused or subject to a partial refund to reflect any loss in value.
All returned items are inspected upon receipt. Refunds are issued only once the item has been checked and confirmed to be in the same condition as originally dispatched. Processing refunds can take up to 5 working days; this is due to checking/testing the item itself and putting it back into our system.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items sold as For Parts / Non-Working
- Items damaged after delivery
- Items that have been repaired, opened, modified, or tampered with
- Returns requested outside the 14-day return window
- Buyer remorse where condition and faults were clearly described
For-parts and non-working items are sold strictly for repair or salvage and are not eligible for returns or warranty, unless significantly not as described.
Return postage
Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked service for your own protection.
